test/ffmpeg.test.shto set permissions (chmod 777) on the output directory before running transcoding tests, ensuring write accesse CI for the dev branch. -permissions to the ffmpeg test output directory.This pull request introduces minor but important updates to the CI workflow and test script. The CI workflow now also runs on the
devbranch, and the test script ensures the output directory has the correct permissions.CI/CD Workflow Updates:
